PL Facilities is a family-run company of plumbers and heating engineers based in Greater Manchester, serving the North West of England.
We offer services in the domestic and commercial sectors, from one-off repairs and heating installations to maintenance contacts.

Our director Paul Lloyd has 20-plus years’ of experience in facilities maintenance. His time spent working for local authorities, housing associations and large private landlords means he knows exactly what organisations need when it comes to plumbing and heating.

All of our engineers are fully qualified, we are Gas Safe Registered, CHAS registered and fully insured.

PL Facilities are based in Tyldesley in the Wigan Borough and serve customers across the North West, from Bolton and Blackburn to Liverpool and Leigh.
